CTK will always protect its rights

An issue that would not have risen should the current Google had chosen to be a part of the polite society. Which they clearly decided not to join.

I find it quite amusing, that after Google spent almost four months defending their position that videos on YouTube teaching users how to remove our watermark from our photos (protecting our intellectual property) are non-removable, one of the authors of the videos withdrew it, immediately after he has learned of the issue.

An information which is not in this article, is comment by the spokesperson by Google Czech Republic. She said that Google provided CTK with directions to proceed correctly in this case so it is possible to investigate and solve it. Well, they did not, they said this:

We’ve reviewed your request, and we didn’t find grounds to restrict the URL(s) at issue under our legal policies.
